All Aboard!

The Mount Airy & Eastern Railway Company (The "Dinky") was a Narrow-Gauge Logging Railroad that Traveled between Mount Airy, NC and Kibler, Virginia. It was in operation between 1900 and 1924.

We're excited to be working on geocoding remnants of the path the railroad traveled through the different phases of its existence.  We hope to have an accurate map displayed online by the Spring of 2024.
